Scott Beaver

Insurance Advisor

Like his colleagues, Scott is also a University of Georgia graduate. His passion for insurance began shortly after college when he started working for State Farm. Eventually, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit and became an Allstate Agency owner for more than 10 years, where he won the Bulldog Top 100 Award for Fastest Growing Business in 2012 and 2013. With their combined expertise and knowledge in insurance, Scott and Mack decided to partner together to form Arch Partners in 2018. Scott has almost 20 years in the industry involving claims, marketing, and overall agency operations. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys playing golf, past board member for Extra Special People, and mentors at Oconee County Schools. Scott, along with his wife and two kids, currently reside in Bogart.

Mack McClung, CFP®

Insurance And Investment Advisor Representative

Mack's interest in the insurance and finance space started at a young age. He grew up watching his dad assist others with their retirement goals. Graduating from Brookwood High School in Snellville, GA in 2000, he went on to attend and graduate from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! Prior to co-founding Arch Partners, he worked as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Mack then went on to become an Allstate Agency Owner, he was an owner from 2007-2016. While in this role, Mack gained unparalleled experience, while also establishing himself as a respected agent. With over 15 years being an insurance and financial advisor, Mack is widely known for his honesty, hard work, and commitment. Outside of the office, Mack enjoys camping, traveling, and enjoys going to Lake Hartwell. He lives in Statham, GA with his wife and two daughters.

Chris Gaillard

Investment Advisor
Representative

Chris’s interest in insurance started in college, where he studied and majored in Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Georgia. Before joining Arch Partners, Chris owned and operated his own company, Gaillard Financial Group, where he helped his customers navigate life milestones by providing financial planning services. His experience and commitment to providing a higher degree of customer service have allowed him to build trust with his customers. In his current role, he hopes to help families, business owners, and individuals plan for their financial futures. Outside of Arch Partners, Chris enjoys playing golf, attending Georgia football games, and getting outdoors. He lives in Bogart, GA, with his wife and 2 kids.

Andy McClung, CFP®

Senior
Investment Advisor

Andy is also a University of Georgia graduate and went on to start his own company, Maximum Wealth Management, Inc. where he has been advising his customers since 1986. Andy has worked in the finance industry for 34 years, gaining experience in Investment Management, retirement income planning, Pension Plan, 401-K rollovers, risk management, income protection, and much more. As a seasoned Certified Financial Planner (CFP™), Andy is passionate about advancing his knowledge in the industry and implementing tools and education to help keep customers protected. In addition to his work, he is also involved in the Rotary Club of Gwinnett where he is a past president, and is a long time member of the Gwinnett County Salvation Army Board. Outside of the office, Andy enjoys spending time with his grandchildren,(currently 3 Granddaughters), boating, and carpentry projects. Andy currently lives in Athens, GA, with his family.

Maria Sanchez

Maria was born in Texas, but she grew up just around the corner from Athens in Lawrenceville, GA. She attended Central Gwinnett High School, and then furthered her education at Gainesville State College. She is now married and has six awesome kids (age 21, 20, 7, 5, 3 and 1).

She has been in the insurance business for 20 years now, and has been working for Scott since he started his first agency back in 2004.

Fun facts:

Maria is fluent in Spanish. When she's not at work, she loves to bake and cook -- especially homemade flour tortillas! After practicing her culinary skills (or drowning in tons of laundry), she enjoys just hanging out and putting on a good movie.

Crystal Forston

Crystal is the friendly face that greets you when you arrive at Arch Partners. She was born and raised in Athens, GA. She loves the Classic City, which is why she chose to stay close to home and work with Arch.

She and her husband David have a daughter who attends University of North Georgia, and her other "children" include 3 weimaraners.

In her spare time, Crystal loves to travel, camp, and ride UTV's/ATV's in the mud and mountains!

Paula Dailing

Paula was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she moved to Suwanee, Georgia in 1993. She is married, has 1 son and 3 Bonus Children; all range from the ages of 18-23.

Paula has been in the insurance business since 2006 and worked with Scott from 2007-2018. She joined Arch Partners Insurance in 2022. Paula enjoys reading a good book, spending time with friends and watching football in her spare time.
